Yuck. I am not looking forward to GCSEs next week. I am totally unprepared. I guess I only have myself to blame, but I just procrastinate too much. After all, there's always something more interesting to do than revise. Teachers are constantly saying 'at least two hours of revision a night', but see, I actually have a life, and don't want to spend it reading textbooks. Thankfully my first exam is RS, at which, may I say, I rule. I am the queen of Religious Studies. Don't ask me why. I don't believe in god, I'm not in the slightest but religious myself, but it just comes to me naturally. Very ironic since when we were told in yr 9 that we had to take it I said vehemently that I would not revise for RS 'cause frankly I didn't give a flying fuck. Yet, now I've selected it for one of my A levels. I tell people it's only 'cause there's a trip to Rome in year 13, but I really need a break from all of the science and maths. Urgh. It's not gonna be fun.
Anyway, the only exam I'm actually preparing for well, and in fact looking forward to a little bit, is Drama. At least we won't be sat there writing a bloody paper on it. I'm enjoying all of the preparation, costumes, lighting and set. Even having to stay behind to rehearse. Don't know what I'm gonna do when I don't have this subject any more to break the monotony of compulsory maths and science. Except when I start sixth form in September it won't be compulsory any more. Maybe that will make a difference. Hopefully.
Hmm. I really should revise. I think I will. Right now.
Unless I find something better to do.
Like Mario Kart or texting.
Oh my god, I'm so going to fail.
