I'm coming home, I'll be there soooooooooooooon
After a week that started out sucking, I felt much better by the end of today. Two big pieces of good news: the last of the assholes at work put in his two-weeks notice yesterday, and of course the news I already mentioned about Carrie probably moving up here. The crappy news, however, is that my company is in a big state of flux right now, and there may not be much reason for me to stick around after March (which is when I'll have been there a full year and won't have to pay them back for my moving expenses.) So I may be looking for a new job around then.
I'll be in Virginia Beach from tonight (once I get the hell out of here and on to the parking lot that is I-95) until Sunday, so if anyone else is going to be home and wants to hang out, ring me up. Of course, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, I'll be busy GIVING most of the time I'm home. First I have to set up my parents brand new computer (which I picked out for them). Then I have to finish writing up the press sheet for a certain "band" that I "manage." Then I have to help cook food for my family for Thanksgiving. My name day falls on Thanksgiving this year, and as far as I know, you are supposed to give other people things on your name day, so I guess that's what I'll be doing.
