The fabulousness of camping. :3
Sooooo many private jokes man, it was fantabulous! Okay we got there on friday and it looked like rain! We scurried to get the last tent up and the girls, only three of us were fighting, were saying that that we should get the larger tent, the one WE just set up. The youth group leader was saying that it wouldn't be fair to the boys since three of the girls were already taking the other tent. The last tent that was left barely had enough room for four, let alone six, people. But the chics fought tooth and nail and eventually we got the big one.
Later that night as we all slept peacfully, it began to rain, hard. The big tent had mosquito netting in the front, a wall, and then a room to sleep in, all the baggage was in the front, not only that, but we were on a hill with the sleeping room in the back.
A three inch deep pond formed in the front, I woke up in the middle of the night, and, haveing forgotten a pillow, sacrificed my jacket-pillow to the boys gear that was up in the front with the girls gear which was covered by my Umbrella. I woke up in the morning to find that the pond in the front had seeped to the back! Le gasp! but the only one who suffered severely from it was the girl sitting nearest to the wall, the entire bottom half of her sleeping bag was soaked.
But that's nothing compared to what happened to one of the boy's sleeping bags! dun Dun DUN!
