Funny you should mention it but I am working on a way to transfer brownies over the Internet. Like in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

#5 is SO TRUE. I left college with the same feeling. And then tried to apply that new perspective in grad school... it did not work out. :(

Now I want your brownies. Stat. Or the almond cake I just watched Lidia Bastianich make on tv.

So true. Sigh.

I made some double chocolate pudding w/ whipped cream tonight. Only I am not used to making custard so I feel like the eggs cooked a bit much. The pudding had a slightly grainy texture. Waste of Maison Du Choc baking chocolate.
