An Update!
As usual I've been reading a lot of LJ, just not posting anything for folks to read.
As this behavior is often the case, this will be my last public post on LJ. Oh, Live Journal, we've had such sweet years together. Of course I will continue to read from time to time (how else will I keep up with you people!?!) and comment occasionally :)
BUT I couldn't just leave without a good update.
SO, yesterday I saw Imogen Heap in concert. A-Mazing is all I have to say. I was not more than 10 feet from her. I want to be her friend and hang out with her on Fridays. She is an amazing musician and a lovely individual.
Recently, I decided this would be my last semester as an RA. I am student teaching in south Dallas in the fall and this is much too far of a drive, so I have found a lovely apartment north of Dallas! Yes, I will be living by myself and yes I will be lonely, so if you are in the area, please give me a call! Of course, if you ever need a place to stay, I'm your girl.
This summer I will be in Denton, doing some recording with GIA again and hoping to find a second part time job. I might actually have some free time, ladies and gents! (well, I think I always say that and it never happens, but maybe this time) I'm also taking one last class...as somehow I never took Aural Skills 4...I don't know how that happened but it'd be nice to have it to graduate, eh?
I've also been dating a nice gentleman for a bit. He is also in the music education business and is pretty awesome. We'll see where that one goes but for now it's quite nice.
So! Thats it! If you need to get a hold of me, you can comment and I'll tell you how, but of course I'm on facebook and rumor has it that I might cave into the peer pressure of the rest of humanity and join MySpace. Maybe.
