Okay, so this episode has me all amped up right now, it's interesting.

Loved the return of Meg, Henrikson and Ronald. The little creepy girls were a nice touch too. I was particularly fond of the fact we got a bit of background story for Meg.

Honestly I can't just pick out one single thing about why I like the episode so much. It hit a chord with me I guess.

Bobby's little Panic Room is mad of so much win. Very...bomb shelter-y. Which, kinda makes sense. Back in the day where everyone was worried about the "apocalypse" in the form of atomic bombs, they had their bomb shelters, now they're worried about the ACTUAL Apocalypse and Bobby's got his spirit bomb shelter. Good show. ^^

The spirits playing havoc with the boys' minds? So twisted and yet I loved it. It makes sense that they'd have these kinds of thoughts eating at them and to have them confirmed by the spirits of those people? Ouch. Nice to see hesitation on their parts to shoot them as well.

...
Sam seems to get pinned/hit/slammed into a lot of shelves and dressers. It's something that's built up over the seasons, but it's there...

Also, he looked adorable sleeping on the couch. ^^;

*Ahem*

ANYHOO, the conversation between Castiel and Dean was much love. Breaking the seals on Lucifer? YAY. I don't know why but that makes me really happy. Probably 'cause I keep thinking of Lucifer as the character in the Angel Sanctuary manga, but still, having him in the show would be much fun.

I also might be seeing things, but I could've sworn that when Castiel was saying that him and his angel buddies had bigger things to worry about he gave Sam a "look". I can't be certain until I watch the episode again and look for it, but I'm pretty sure I saw something.

If it's true, this makes me kinda giddy but worried at the same time. I really don't want Sam and Dean to be on opposite sides. Though that seems to be the way things might pan out. You know, the whole Cain and Able thing.

I've got a new theory on why Dean was brought back though. Rather than being on opposite sides of Sam, maybe he was brought back so that Sam wouldn't snap and go dark side? Maybe? It might be a stretch, but we do know that Sam can go a little crazy without his Dean around.

Just throwing that thought out there.

Anyway, yeah. Yay episode.

I really can't wait to see next week's episode but, uhm, I'm gonna have to wait for three weeks. ^^; GAH.

As a Supernatural side note, it's now airing on the Scream channel. O_o Swanky. It's season 1 at the moment though. ^^ I caught it last night...happened to be the "Phantom Traveler" episode which is SO not what I need to be seeing two days before my trip.

On the non-Supernatural side of things, I've got most of my clothes packed now and have half of my suitcase empty, so that's a good start. ^^ Just need to throw in a few other odds and ends, some jeans and a couple hoodies and I'm good. Gonna put in an empty backpack too methinks.

I picked up a St. Christopher medal and some Aquamarine too, so I'm all set in that department. My iTunes is chock full of movies... I'll try and get some Supernatural and Amatsuki on there too before the flight. Got movies on my PSP now too. I'm trying to be as prepared for that flight as possible. XD
Debating bringing a book on the chance that I'll finish it on the way there and end up having to haul it back...

Between tonight's SPN and the upcoming trip, I'm really giddy at the moment.

EDIT: ... Okay seriously, those rollover/popout ads can suck my nonexistant cock. They're SO annoying, constantly getting in the way of surfing. Whoever thought those would be a good idea needs to be beaten with a board with a nail.
