Pumpkins scream in the dead of night
Happy Halloween and Blessed Samhain!
Hope everyone had a swanky evening.
My day was spent at work and then driver's ed (I passed the written exam! Now I just need to make up those two days I missed). On the plus side though I was sort of dressed up as a kitty, in that I had cat ears, arm socks that make my hands look somewhat paw-like, and a pumpkin bell I made into a little necklace. XD I had a few customers come in who commented on how "cute" I looked. Mission accomplished?
Then at the end of my shift my coworker came in and demanded I wear black angel wings, so I became a Cat Angel.
While I was waiting for my dad to pick me up to take me to driver's ed, I stopped in at the comic shop to pick up the new Supernatural comic.
Finally got an Axel! Yays! Also, the new Supernatural comic on the right, and I couldn't pass up the new X-Men comic, on the left. I have no idea what it's about, but I like the cover art, and it's got Gambit...that makes me happy.
Now for some interactive decorating! *cue cheesy game show music* I have my new figure, but I don't know where he should hang out, so I've taken pictures of various surfaces I have been decorating with figures, now you choose where he should go!
The TV, with all my Advent Children figures. I've been thinking of moving Squall there, if only to keep my Final Fantasy figures together...and maybe relive some of that swanktastic Dissidia trailer...
Next to the PS3, either right next to the TV assuming he doesn't block any view, or over by Ms. Bitters (who's fallen over...). I need to move those CDs...and the pliers. ^^;
Over by the monitor (which I also need to clean up), hanging out with Rai, Shiki and Squall.
...It's kinda where I put my figures who have no one else from their game...
Up on the smaller shelves with my Aliens and wee Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts figures.
Now that that's done with, I'm gonna go pass out. I agreed to help clean up the store tomorrow, so I'm scheduled from 12 to 3 on my day off. Not exactly a happy camper about this, but hey, nowhere does it say I need to be pleasant while there.
