http://i.imgur.com/K7e0N.png This is the link to the Declaration of Civil War in the United States. Yep, what I thought was going to happen is happening, and it's going to spread.
Meanwhile, we're having our own private civil uprising here, post Michael's arrest and unlawful detainment. The shit is already hitting the fan and two highway patrol members are now facing a whole world of redundancy, courtesy of their ignoring a prominent 'NOTICE OF TRESPASS' on our property. They handcuffed Michael, with his hands behind his back, ordered him to stand to the side while they trespassed our property, so he took the opportunity to step through his hands and have them in front of him. They couldn't say anything because he didn't take the cuffs off.
If you think the civil rights violations that are happening in the US are only confined to there, you aren't really looking at what's going on here. Time to wake up, know how to enforce your rights, know how to activate Sui Generis and get strong on who you are and who you aren't, or they're going to chew you up. Obama declared war on the people of the US on New Year's Eve, along with 40,000- yes, you read that right- new acts and statutes in the US- wonder what they passed here at the same time.
We are not at all concerned regarding the statutory charges that have been aimed at Michael- we're aware that the average cop has not been accurately informed of either the actual law vs the statutory law or the fragility of their insurance protection should they actually break *their own* laws in their actions: where we are at now is in the process of informing all the relevant authorities that we are aware of our rights, know how to enforce them, and that we're taking the matter of the trespass further. We also know what to do with the court matter in terms of noticing the judge that we want to know which Oath they are operating under and, if it's the corporate one, they have to remove themselves or face the matter of their full personal commercial liability. You have to say the right things to the right individuals, you see.
See, it's not about law, it's about money. I know someone who knows the liability insurers for Canada, if anyone is interested: the deal with knowing the Insurers is that you can make direct complaints to the company involved- if they receive three or more complaints about any particular individual, that individual's public liability insurance is pulled and they are out of a job. That applies to *every* publicly employed 'official', by the way.
V was right- the rights you are losing are the ones you are voluntarily giving away by not standing up for them. Either get smart about standing up for yourself, including to the police, or get swept away by the recycled- and improved!- totalitarianism.
This declaration, according to the original post on G+, originated with Anonymous. Being a fan of Anonymous, I'm not at all surprised: while I do not support physical violence, I also do not support totalitarianism, Annunaki-based world domination schemes or any other methods for making large portions of the population cannon-fodder, which means sometimes one has to defend oneself, family, property, community and rights by whatever means available. If the courts, governments, military and police forces are absolutely corrupt, it doesn't leave you with much choice, does it?
And so it unfolds, 2012...
