Training and time. The Pokemon must also be attached to you. I will demonstrate. I intend to evolve my Golbat into a Crobat; a more difficult process.

It was sitting on the shelf in the lab. I followed her design exactly, but it will not move. I am not sure why. What am I missing? Perhaps if I studied the case more closely. Or is there something else going on? She has referred to a sort of father, but I do not believe that she was built by a god.
