Charon is a genius. He knows this and prides himself on it a great deal; as such, he has become somewhat self-absorbed. When he isn't gloating about his genius mind, he is known for being cold, calculating, and irritatingly patient, which sometimes makes him come off as being indifferent or ignorant of others. Charon is inquisitive about much of the universe's workings and firmly believes that everything has a logical explanation. He will only accept observations as facts when he has found sufficient proof of their merit, and even then holding a bias towards data that he himself has collected.
The self-important, scientific personality that Charon presents to the world, however, is only the surface of who he is. Those who earn his trust will find him more open to their opinions and willing to share the occasional tale, while those who provoke him excessively or insult Rotom in any way will cause him to abandon all logic and become extremely hot-tempered. Everyone else is either to be ignored or intentionally confused with lengthy explanations on topics.
