I read my first copy of Time Enough for Love so many times it fell apart, so I was a little hesitant about this. But, it worked, and the last line is a fucking killer. Thank you for this, Gala. It is awesome.

I can definitely see where someone writing a crossover with something you love would get a suspicious look. There are a few things I would sideways eye too. But I'm glad that you gave it a try, and that it worked for you. I had the prompt Utopia on my crossover table, and I knew as soon as i saw it that it had to be Waycest on Tertius.

It was just killing me that I couldn't remember the name of Secundus' new leader/dictator and I had to write around it. But I skimmed forever and I couldn't find it on the LL lexicon either. I tried to find it! SIGH. I bet you know it.

I have no idea about the world you've set this in, but I do really like the way you describe Gerard and Mikey's relationship, and I have to say, that bathing room sounds amazing.

Heinlein made 'refreshers' a thing. There are so many sci-fi books I've read that have crazy elaborate bathrooms, all because of his obsession.
