Gabe and Pete involving gag balls and generally people able to open their mouths! I want vicarious porn for those of us currently with locked jaws! Extra points if it involves ice cream.

Jason also should know that drunk posts should be more like "I LOVES YOU GUYS WHERE IS THE SEX? AND THEY WERE HOOKERS IN A DREAM I HAD! HOOKERS YOU PAY WITH RAY GUNS AS THEY NEED THE GUNS TO PROTECT THEMSELVES!"

I'm glad the book is as good as you expected.

As for 5. Frank/Mikey, drugs.

2. I've had the same experience showing people the singles. I don't understandy why they don't like Na Na Na better, it's catchy and hilarious and like a 70s sci-fi pulp in song form.

3. I'm still caught by the air freshners - what do they smell like?

4. Which Spider Robinson?

5. I can't decide so could I have one with Show Pony & Dr.DD or one about Grace please whichever you'd rather?

You know, I never really thought about it until now, but yes. I now need MORE merch, because WHAT DO THE KILLJOYS SMELL LIKE? If they are the smell my car could smell like (lol for old spice reference)... WHAT DOES IT ACTUALLY SMELL LIKE? (I don't even have a fucking car ( ... )

Apparently the air freshner smells like new Trans-Am if I'm reading the merch description right but that doesn't really tell me anything.

I have a great fondness for Spider Robinson. I found God is an Iron in a library but I've never gotten around to picking up a copy which is really rather terrible of me when I remember liking it when I read it (so many years ago now). I really liked Starmind but always felt I ought to have been patient and read the trilogy in order. I think my favorite of his is still the Callahan's/Lady Sally series (Should I admit that I wonder how it would work to do a bandom crossover with them?)

I think the Star trilogy is his least well pulled off. That's not to say that they're bad, because I don't think Spider is capable of doing bad stories. But the OMG WE'RE MEDITATING thing gets really repetitive during the first two books. I can't remember if it's a big part of the last, I was only able to read Starmind once, I read it sitting inside a library during a trip. But that's not to say it didn't blow my mind, somewhere on my lj is the philosophical rambling entry that came after I finished reading the book and just had to stop and stare at the wall for a bit ( ... )
