Civil Engineering! wow, that would take away from anyone's attempt at a social life! College can hit ya a ton of ways and can really be overwhelming, especially if you need to work at the same time. Honestly, I look back and sometimes wonder how in the heck I got through it some days. I had a long term boyfriend my freshman year, and he was back home. It was even though with that and alot of girls with boyfriends some other place ended up not finishing where they started. Coupled with an incredibly hard semester, kudos to you for sticking through as long as you did. I did what I never thought I'd do to help balance things out...I joined a sorority! haha.
So what are your plans this year? Are you in school back home or have you gotten a job that you are looking to keep pursuing? The jobs I've had through college were NEVER anything I wanted to make a career of, but having them exposed me to lots of different kinds of people and helped me learn more patience and tolerance. I had a car so when I looked for a second job it was easier. I worked on campus and then the second was at a mall in a Sephora. I also was able to babysit, so I don't know if that's an option or not, but that was fun and easy money too.
What kind of stuff do you like to draw? I used to draw when I was in middle school and I was pretty good! (except for people's noses...I can't draw noses! They end up looking like deformed mushrooms!) I kinda just do smaller projects now, but I did design and draw my only tattoo I got about a year ago.
