WELCOME TO HETALIA ACADEMY!
First off Let me welcome back our Students to Hetalia Academy! I'm your Dean, marcus_roma just call me "Grandpa" if you see me around campus!
Let me take a moment to remind some of you of the rules of the Hetalia Academy Community Bulletin Board (gakuenhetalia ) here.
1.) You are to post public announcements here for all your fellow classmates to see. (Auditions for clubs, off-campus roommate housing, lost and found etc...) Please keep it clean. I'm looking at you Mr. Bonnefoy!
2.) Each student when entering Hetalia Academy signs up his or her own ACADEMY BLOG to journal your daily lives here on the Island I encourage you all to friend each other's journals and foster a sense of community and friendship with each other.
3.) There are a number of recreational facilities available here for after hours entertainment. There is a movie theater, swimming pool, beach front cabana (Weather permitting), bowling alley, arcade, mini-golf course, carnival park, and dance club. Please remember your grades first before indulging in these social activities. Admittance to these areas are free of charge as part of your Tuition.
4.) A Library, computer lab and study center with tutors are open seven days a week 9AM to 9PM for aid in your classes.
5.) The Cafeteria is open 24 Hours a day and free for Students as part of your Tuition.
6.) Curfew is 7 PM for Grade Schoolers, 9 PM for Middle School, 11PM High School and Midnight for the Rest of you. You must be indoors and checked in with your dorm leaders before curfew. (Again Mr. Bonnefoy this applies to you too.)
7.) Students may keep one pet in their dorms. ONE. Unless it is fish or small rodents. You are then limited to one 10-gallon (max) tank. (Mr. Karpusi, please learn the definition of ONE. We will not tolerate 47 felines in your room again.)
8.) Off-Campus Apartment housing is available for Students age 18 or older. Please contact housing for rental rates per unit.
9.) Laundry Services are available for all students, check with your dorm leaders for pick up times.
10.) There is a small Shopping Center and Super Grocery Store located on the west side of the island for non-staple supplies and luxury items. These are not supplied with your tuition costs. Underage Students will have supervised shopping trips with their dorm mothers, see your Dorm schedules for dates and times.
11.) The South Side of the island is off-limits to students unless accompanied by a resident of the complex. These are the Island residents and faculty and staff housing community complex. Students will be expelled for failure to respect this rule.
12.) ALWAYS CARRY YOUR STUDENT ID CARD WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. Lanyards are free of charge at the bookstore if you need them. Your ID CARD is your pass for the Cafeteria and other Facilities on and off campus. Don't forget or lose them. If you do lose your ID CARD Lost and Found is located at the North Gate Book Store. If it is not there. come to the admissions office and you will be issued a new ID.
