Why: Because he's turning one year older, and it's time for celebration.

Yeah! [Alfred checks the names on his gifts and hands Feliciano the one for him.] Happy Birthday! [In all honesty, he had absolutely no idea what to get for them and bought stuff he thought they might like.]

[He's used to Lovino's greetings by now, and just wants to tease him.] Awww, I missed you too! [He hands him his present.] Happy Birthday!

[Feliciano takes the gift in his hands, fighting down all urges to rip that puppy open. But he remembers something about trying not to "look too eager" on his birthday, and simply hangs on to it] Grazie!

Mio fratello~! [He laughs, clinging to his brother's arm] Alfred came to visit too, isn't that exciting? And he brought presents! [He then locks arms with Alfred, creating some kind of interesting little friendship ring even though Lovi was kinda breaking it by not looping arms with the American] Me and Lovi are twins, so we're born the same day~

Matthew and I are twins too, but we don't have the same birthday. It's a big mystery our parents refuse to explain. [He laughs and glances at Lovino.] Hey! It's very exciting! I bring life to a party!

It is exciting! [Feliciano agrees enthusiastically. Alfred seemed to be boosting his happiness] It's a real party now!
