Rg Veda last chapter
Ten years ago,in 1996, japanese girls could buy the May edition of Wings Magazine, in wich were publicated the last pages of Rg Veda.
I already loved Clamp then but I couldn't imagine that their comics were publicated in magazines before, and I just didn't knew the existence of Wings.
Did you know that some pages are different in this magazine and in the books ? In the magazine version, Ashura kills Taishakuten, which (hopefully) doesn't happen in the book. The ending pages are much better in the book version, I really didn't like seing Taishakuten dying like that.
Athough many pages in the book are not in the magazine, there is in the Wings version 2 pages that don't appear at all in the final book. Funny fact, you can see the pages drawn for the final book have a different style (the long-faces X-9 style ! ^__^).
