hey homebrewers i need some help!
I'm really hoping that there are some people in the community who home brew. After two successful batches from kits (thanks to the lovely people at Brock's home brewing) we're anxious to try out recipes that aren't in kit form. I was told to check out the brew supply place on newberry rd next to grandy's. Has anyone been there? How's the selection and the customer service?
And is there another place you might suggest in or near gainesville? I want to stay away from the internet for the first couple of recipes. I've found tons of recipes online but we're still learning the method of brewing. And after seeing how different each beer we made was to prepare i would really like a live person to talk to while we gather supplies.
