Dear Ben Cross (Letter #8)
Dear Ben,
The weather here was very warm today. In the 20s (Celsius). What I would have done for air conditioning today. Well, admittedly not much. Hope the weather where you are is pleasant.
Didn't do much today. Went for brunch, got some groceries, watched some movies and did some cleanup.
I've often wondered what actors do on their time off. Do they do mundane things like go to grocery store and do the dishes? Do they sit and watch tv like mundane folk? Are they as boring as we are? :)
I did get the prompt for the short story contest I entered. Today has been a split between looking up what I want for one of the prompts and trying to talk myself out of doing it. I always do that, try to talk myself out of things. Sadly a lot of the times I do. It will not be the case this time. Of course I'm nervous now and can't think of a thing to write. One of my characters will come through for me. Having said this, there's someone new who has made himself kind of known to me. I don't know his name but I get a sense he's dangerous. And possibly quite mad. It's kind of intriguing!!
Well, that's enough for today. A short letter. But I wanted to check in, see how you were and say hi :)
