winter quarter

school has started again and with quarters you have to hit the ground sprinting. normally i will only have a lecture on monday and friday and my clinical on thursday evenings. that's right, i will be talking care of patients this quarter. holy !^@%#%@!! not just any patients, pregnant women and then their babies. we have what i am calling "baby bootcamp" this week. we have two 8 hour days of lectures then a practical skills test. after 8 hours of power points yesterday i couldn't do any homework last night. i had lots of reading and some assignments that are due soon, but it just didn't happen. trying to figure out how to stay motivated.
