i didn't make it to the track last night, was just too tired (from my own doing). instead, i went home and took a nap then went over to the gym and ran on the treadmill.

i did something similar to the track workout, coincidentally. i ran 5 X 1 mile with only 1 minute rest in between. it was tough. my miles were only at 6:40 to 6:48 pace. not that fast, but i completed the workout. sub 3 hour here i come. haha. at the track they did mile repeats as well, but with 80 seconds of break and at a much faster pace.
