i have just returned from the most difficult, and
most amazing experience of my entire life. I went
to a 10 Vipassana meditation course. On the
surface level-no talking, no physical contact,
meditating from 4:30am-9pm, with some meal breaks
and what not. On a more important level, I was
learning to observe myself, observe sensations on
my body, and not to react. I was learning to
concentrate my mind, purify my mind, and develop
wisdom of the ultimate truth of reality within.
This is a technique which can very well cure the
world, if the world is willing. This is the
technique used by Siddhartha the Buddha to become
enlightened 2500 years ago. This technique
teaches you the path to ultimate happiness, peace,
harmony, love, and compassion, and liberation from
all misery. The only thing making any person
miserable is themselves, their own minds. This is
not a religion of any kind. It is simply
observing oneself, purifying one's own mind,
developing one's own wisdom from within. EVERYONE
can do this. We can all develop compassion and
love for all beings. We can all free ourselves
from our miseries.
I urge every single person to give this technique
a try, for your own benefit. For your own
happiness. For your own inner peace and harmony.

it out. There is a center in Onalaska, WA, as
well as centers in a few other states. TRY IT!!
