Pieces of Childhood
I just spent $13.72 to reclaim a small piece of my childhood.
That's right, Escape to Witch Mountain and Return from Witch Mountain just came out on a one-disc DVD.
It's a very strange thing, to see those films again, to know, again, how bad they were. I knew they were bad back then, too, and I didn't - and still don't - care. It's a piece of me for sale at Wal-Mart on the new bargain releases shelf near the impulse-buy section, and that's all that really matters.
