What a time! Incredible people, lots dancing, amazing dress and the energy of the space created there was just supremely friendly. Playing in front of two to four thousand people is a thing I could get to like. ( Read more... )

She's not good with crowds and I was a little bit worried. But the energy on site was so mellow, and then I looked over while you guys were wailing away and she was sitting full lotus on the ground about five feet from the whirling wild dance pit with her eyes closed and a blissful smile on her face. And she bounced up the second your set was over to go buy her own CD.
I thought the earth was moving too, during your set and during Kan Nal's. So it wasn't just your chest wall, it was mine too.
I got a couple of decent pictures, including one of Sunni and one of Susan. They're on flickr and Sunni should be able to point you at them.
