Man. Holidays. I'm still recovering.
There is a God: I have received edits! This is probably the next thing I need to work on- but I need time and space to do so. I mainly need to expand it a bit (it's about 3500 words, and they want me to add 500) so that's a lot of thinking I need to do.
Knights Errant: This is absolutely what I will work on once I have TIAG put to bed.
Moonrise Novel Still on hold. I have had some good thoughts about what to write next. I'm probably going to pull out more Lego for plotting action scenes again. :)
Lunch in Space: This is my
yuletide piece. I got assigned to write for Robert A. Heinlein's Rolling Stones. It's one of his juveniles, and it's always had a special place in my heart. I wrote sort of two short pieces. My recipient seemed really pleased with them, so that's awesome! Also, as far as I can tell, there is no other Rolling Stones fic on the internet. So my story is unique. Whoo rare fandoms fic exchange. :)
The story I was given for Yuletide is called
Things To Do…Sometime Soon…Eventually, and it's awesome. :) It's Incredible fanfiction, starring Helen Parr (Elastigirl). I lurve it.
In the Bleak Midwinter: This is the story I wrote for
fmagiftexchange. It's about how they celebrate the winter holidays in Amestris and what the holidays mean for Mustang's squad in particular. It was amazingly fun to write. I started it on Christmas Eve and had a good time making up fictional holiday traditions.
I still owe
evil_little_dog a story for
fandomaid, which I should start poking her for a prompt for. Hey, ELD, tell me what to do and I will do your bidding. :)
I have been writing a few other things, including an inexplicable White Collar/X-Men crossoverish thing that's 2k words long. Oh, fickle muse. I also need to, like, make myself a new purse, and then start making myself some new clothes to wear to art shows and the like.
