Hi! Just to tell you a little about my fic tastes in general:
I like: hurt/comfort, angst, romance, fluff, outsider POV on main characters. Different and clever formats (like, an excerpt of a history book, or an interview, or something like that- but I love more normal formats too!). Gen. Cheerful polyamory. Femslash.
I don’t like: PWP, incest. Non-canon pairings in general- though I'm usually fine with non-canon pairings if the pairing wouldn't conflict with a canon pairing (and cheerful polyamory is always a possibility). Character-bashing, especially of female characters.
Triggers (by which I mean, really don't put these in, please, it'll hurt): sex under age 18, dub-con, non-con, child abuse, disordered eating, self-harm, suicidal ideation
I'd prefer the rating not go higher than soft R in general. Salaciousness is fine (depending on fandom) but I'd rather not have actual porn.
Now, on to the fandoms!
---------------------------------
Shadow Unit-
Shadow Unit was described to me as a mix between Supernatural and Criminal Minds. I loved it for the characterisation and for the well-handled and diverse cast. I also enjoyed the fact that many of the stories had no villain. With some exceptions, gammas are tragic figures- victims as much as perpetrators. Everything is grey. I love the entire cast, but Chaz is my favorite, so I've requested him. I can really relate to a lot of his problematic history, with the fact that he's always hungry, with his obsession with food and cooking. That said, I'd also love to see any other characters you'd like to use.
Really, Yuletide writer, I need something to make the end of the series hurt less. I don't want a fix-it fic- what happened happened- but... a flashback to the good times, maybe. Or the survivors coping with the aftermath. Or a case fic. Or whatever would make you feel better about the finale.
note: Shadow Unit is a solitary exception to the "no disordered eating" request above. Gammas/betas and their relationship with food are important to the universe, and it's particularly important to Chaz, so I don't mind if you touch on that in this context. Just... don't glorify it and try not to be too graphic?
Sentinels of the Multiverse-
This is one of my favorite games at the moment, and I'm really taken by the characters. I'm requesting Writhe and the Idealist, but feel free to include the rest of the Sentinels (and other SotM characters as well). I'm interested in what it's like to be a family of superheroes that aren't actually family, and how they came together, and how that relates to intentional families in general. Character-driven fic would be great, and if they were on a case/adventure, that would be even better!
The Alloy of Law-
I would desperately like to see a bit of Wax and Wayne in their legendary days- either what actually happened or what got recorded in the adventure novels. Miles Hundredlives as a good guy would be a nice addition, but mostly, I'd love to see more of the friendship and partnership between Wax and Wayne. I love the Mistborn world, especially in this era- the widespread use of allomancy and feruchemy and their melding (in the Twinborn) is really interesting to see. Wax and Wayne are compelling characters with interesting histories, and whatever you can give me of more of them would be great!
Chalion Saga - Lois McMaster Bujold-
I was interested by the theology and world metaphysics in this world, but fascinated by the characters- especially the (ex) saints. I would love something with Cazaril and any of the other saints- Umegat, Ista, or the saints of the Father or Mother that he met. Or him meeting a new saint, who doesn't know what's happening to them. Alternately, I would also love to see Cazaril being a good advisor to Iselle and Bergon after the events of the first book. Or really anything that has Cazaril dealing with politics, or being alive again, or gods.

Just to emphasize, I’m sure I’ll be happy with whatever you do. Don’t feel like you have to pick one of my prompts! They're there to give you an idea of what I might like- if you have a cool idea, I'd love to see that instead!
