semi end of summer update
Summer is sort of coming to an end. It's been so wonderful. First I got to spend two months in England and traveling around Europe. Then I came home to the most awesome friends ever. I've been enjoying not doing much of anything all day. It's been quite nice. I am going to miss home when I drive back on Thursday. I have a feeling that I'll be taking a few more trips home this year.
So as of right now, it looks like I am going to be spending my birthday weekend in Fremont. Mark it on your calendars. haha I think I'll be flying home on my birthday (Thursday night) and staying until Sunday night or Monday morning. Weeee. It will be great. I just hope I can see some of my favorite faces.
So I went on a scale today and it made me kind of sad. When I get down to San Diego I really plan on exercising more. I know it will help me in more ways than one. If anyone has any tips for motivation, I could probably use them right about now. haha.
I can't make it to programming meetings this quarter which kinda sucks. But oh well. It might turn out to be a good thing.
I am so happy that I will be living with Megan this year. I think it will help a lot with the feeling sad and lonely, because Mego can always make me laugh. haha. It's going to be good times.
Last night Daniel and I went to see Cartel. Well, we really went to see The Honorary Title. The show was at Slims and it wasn't very crowded. I was kind of surprised. THT played an amazing set. I sang along to every song.. and I feel like i was the only person who did. haha. It was super impressive though. I don't really get star struck anymore, but I totally did with Jarrod. It was kind of funny. In the end, I mustered up my courage and talked to him. I blinding him while taking a picture too. haha. ooh Jarrod.. *swoon* haha just kidding.
ugh. I have a head ache so I think it's time to go. buh bye!
