Like a few of the most recent entries below, I had the misfortune to watch BSG years after the fact. Having just watched and enjoyed the show very much and becoming kind of obsessed with Gaeta, I found this lovely little community and after poking around it looks like I missed out on a great little group. I hope some of you are still around and

Anyway, I would be up for helping with trying to get something going here, Kristy (and newcomer). Our mod is still around, although not active in the BSG fandom, such as it is, but she might be willing to make an exception for Gaeta and chime in here now and then. I've occasionally thought that it's a shame that this once very lively community sits here dead now. A contingent of us even got to meet Alessandro Juliani this one magic year at DragonCon where like half the BSG cast attended, and Eddie Olmos called into a panel. We were such a tight-knit group then. Let's say if three people reply to this comment saying that they would be willing to comment on new posts in here, I'd be happy to revive the Felix Weekly posts to try and get conversation going. I know what it's like to find a fandom after it has gone into the doldrums, and I'd love to see Felix continue to get more love. I still have a list somewhere on Google Drive with my list of post ideas.
It was clear that the writer of that Mutineer post was such a BSG fan. Did you notice that they never once actually referred to the show as "Battlestar Galactica," even though it hasn't been on the air since 2009? The first reference is to "BSG". It was awesome to behold.
Anyway, welcome to Gaeta fandom! Feel free to friend me, if you want, although I'm not as active on LJ as I used to be.
