Update-a-licious
I have not updated in the longest time so here goes...
~ The Talent Show happened at the very end of November and went very well. I'm still really excited about it! More pictures are coming I promise. December involved much cleaning-up, throwing-out and thanking and I still haven't finished my project review... shame. I also had fun helping Kendra with the food drive. I actually had time to do my homework (it's amazing what a great deal it helps with passing a course...).
~ Riding the charriot from school to Lea's house, making too much gingerbread at Kendra's. Santa's Breakfast (what more can I say), then shopping carts at Fairways and Gingerbread/Pasta Party at Kendra (whoo hOo).
~ Going to Butchart Gardens with my parents and grandparents (and Zizou) for tea and a tour of the gardens Brass:)
~ Getting my "L". Passed on the first try! I'm now trully 16. Then going to Lea's for a viola T-shirt making fest. Viola jokes gallore.
~ Christmas shopping and photobooth sessions with my brother. Then first day at the wheel of a car in a parking lot!
~ Christmas = mp3 player, lots of clothes, music encyclopaedia, gift certificates and more! Also big family dinner, lots of stress for my mom and lots of laughs. Boxing day dinner with friends.
~ 4 days of Young Drivers fun fun fun with Steve the accident-prone driving instructors. I have now finished my classroom work.
~ Tea party (You want to die... and lots more Taboo/Charades fun) and New Years at Miranda's.
~ More driving and even more driving. Finally got to go in reverse yesterday! My mom's a tad paranoid. I'll let you all know when I finally get the power locks to turn on automatically (20 km/h)!
~ Lots of exciting plans with the Fine Arts Council.
~ In the process of planning a dance show for the end of February. If anyone knows of any guys interested in doing French Canadian dance, send them my way!
~ I'm off to Ottawa Thursday for the National Francophone Student Parliament. I'm so excited!
