Loved ES, CC, CCII, all the more so since that story line is very rare, and you did it so well. Holding my breath and not feeling too optimistic for a happy Brian/Ron ending after the first two chapters. Can't help hoping though!
Damm, Ron's sick; he better get himself to a good cardiologist for a complete work-up and soon or he's going to find himself as dead as Reynolds, the only other sane, caring, incarnation of Ron. That would be shame since he seems to be tolerant of Brian's idiosyncrasies, loves him anyway and doesn't try to change him constantly or suprise him with a change in the "rules". He also seems to have established a step father good relationship with Gus. Liked Gus - he's acting like a typical teenager and it was good to see him living with Brian.
Not sure where you going with this as the title, which I'm sure you gave a lot of thought to, translates to, according to the internet translation apps, Love at First Site, which is usually what Justin/Brian lovers believe happened between them. Guess I just have to keep reading, even if I'm pretty sure I'm going to be disappointed, but you never know - you certainly are quite capable of surprises and making them palpable to your readers, sometimes in spite of themselves.
