Thought I would mention that Justin is an "adult" after the canon bashing as well. The age of majority in Pennsylvania is 18 years.

Jennifer's ordering of Brian never to see Justin again in canon has no legal weight; Justin can legally see anyone he chooses. Nor can she determine where he lives; holding him against his will in her condo actually constitutes false imprisonment.

Here, in the Angel Stream, as long as Justin is conscious he can make the determination who visits him in hospital; remember that when Brian was in the hospital all his friends came to see him and sit with him. "Family only" applies only when the adult patient cannot make that determination for himself, and Power of Attorney only holds when the patient is unable to make those decisions for himself.

Jennifer's precious worry for her darling baby boy doesn't seem to extend to Justin's own emotional needs and desires, since she's been hiding the fact that his ONLY conscious words were to beg for Brian.

When Brian was cuffed and hauled away the previous evening I think Debbie mentioned she was going to get Melanie's help, and I'm hoping we get to see Mel kick butt and take names.

Yes, Justin is conscious now -- note that Brian doesn't
seem too concerned about being arrested again because
Justin isn't going to order him out. But Jennifer has
some reality to deal with.
