ABCs of Me
I am...
Analytical - good for debates & planning, but can get a bit caught up in the details.
Boisterous - having a tendency to bounce & pounce (in a Tiggerish-like way); at least, I used to be and am working toward finding my way back there.
Curious - of the "killed a cat" variety... "Hey, what's *this* do?"
Dedicated - to my friends and family, most especially my husband and son.
Entertaining - good for a joke, laugh, smile, or story. Just call me the Plucky Comic Relief. ;p
Frantic - that woman who always looks like she's in a hurry, even when she's not? Yep, that's me, too.
Gregarious - love spending time hanging out with family and friends, as well as making new friends.
Hyper - yep, easily excitable; thankfully, I'm usually pretty good at calming down quickly, too.
Insecure - about a lot of things, but I'm working on it.
Jumbled - a random collection of words, thoughts, feelings, and emotions trying to sort itself out. Star stuff, indeed.
Kilter - as in "off-". Yeah, I could've just said "weird", but where's the fun in that? ;p
Literate - I *love* to read; I'll sit up all night to finish a good book.
Momma - raising a beautiful little boy whose smile lights up the whole world, especially mine.
Nurturing - before I was Momma, I took care of most everyone around me and still do. Good thing I found someone who takes good care of me... and married him. :)
Optimistic - always looking for the silver lining, even when I'm getting pounded by hail.
Protective - of my family and friends, even when I can't be there in person.
Quirky - which is another way of saying just plain odd.
Respectful - of others' beliefs and ideas; I expect the same of those around me.
Spiritual - as opposed to being "religious". Feel free to ask me about it sometime.
Talkative - well, you'll find out... if you haven't already. ;p
Understanding - giving a lot of leeway when necessary (and sometimes too much).
Vocal - not only in the "outspoken" sense, but also musically.
Wife - married to a self-styled "grumpy ol' dwarf" for 11 years and happy to stay that way for a good bit longer.
X-rated - well, my language can be when I'm overly frustrated, anyway. It's an interesting trait to curb when there's a 3-year-old sponge in the house.
Youthful - I still have lots of big kid tendencies and am frequently guessed to be much younger than I actually am. (Got carded buying alcohol for my 30th birthday party!)
Zany - a bit high-maintenance, but at least I'm never dull! ;p
