I just invented my new favorite dressing/dipping sauce!
For each serving:
1 TBS Honey
1 TBS Mustard
(here's where it gets interesting)
1 tsp Trader Joes Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar
Cumin to taste (just trust me on this one)
I used it on a warm salad with steamed (ok, microwaved) vegetables and smoked salmon. I was originally going to use dill in the sauce but we're out of it and as I looked at the spice rack for a substitute a little voice of inspiration told me to try the cumin. This is only the second dish ever that I created that makes me close my eyes and go "mmmmmmm".
