Thankfully, both the LDP and DPJ have execution reforms on their agenda for the upcoming general election, so a few of the inhumane aspects of Japan's capital punishment should soon be edited :)

Gah, the plot for this seems pretty exciting. I can't wait for more to come out~

I'm always looking up info whenever something piques my interest, it's not meant to be a critique of the Japanese criminal justice system, as I know I don't come from a country with a perfect record on that.

Oh no, I didn't read it like that; mostly a side comment on the possible culture changes of their execution tactics. Extra extraneous information :D And I'm from the States too, I just happen to be a government student XD These things interest me.
