I love how all of these news reports on Mr. Brain have what sounds like the Back to the Future theme playing in the background. It's really distracting!

Ha, I can't believe how much I'm looking forward to seeing this...

Thanks^^ Hm... I've tried to figure out what he's saying here... it's not easy because of music and narrator's voice, but it seems that he says something like 洋服に着換える (to change/ I'll change [my] clothes to western [normal?] ones)
I think it can refer to the black clothes he wears in some previews... but it all is too vague, sorry =_=
Maybe it's one of his demands in exchange for helping the investigation...

I'm gonna take a flying leap here, but I'm guessing he may be getting ready to be hanged, but gets a reprieve last minute so that he can help Mr. Brain on a case.

I LOVE YOUR ICON <3
YESH I AGREE THIS DRAMA IS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!!
INSANE GACKT...well he was never stable to begin with but I want to see how far his acting ability has gotten. Can I say I'm a bit more excited for this than Buranku just a bit.

Okay, now I really want to see this... and I agree with grissom13... we've had to wait for Bunraku way too long. What's up with that?!

And I still say that wild eyed look is sexy as hell... :D

Bunraku is a typical film, they take on average, 3 months for principal photography, and a year of post-production, not counting the fact this film has a lot of computer graphics (it is supposed to have the look of Sin City) so a summer release was always a hopefull deadline, plus the current economic situation cannot be good. While is has been labeled a 'Hollywood production' because it is US based (backing not location shooting) it is really an Independant film. A lot also depends on distribution contracts - whether we will see it in theatres or direct to DVD.

Yeah, I was thinking it would end up that way, but considering the celebrities in the movie, you'd think it would show up in theaters. I'd be sad face if I couldn't go see my man on the big screen, lol. :)

Well, there have been movies in the past that had 'bankable' stars, that have never seen the light of day, much less go straight to DVD, so many things go into making a film and it's success, it helps if you have a hella lot of money for promotion.
