Allright, so I weighed this morning, and the verdict is bad: 244.8lbs. So I did something about it too: drank plenty of water, and did Yoga Booty Ballet (YBB) Basic. A good 40 minutes of cardio, strength, abs, and yoga. Food went like this:
Breakfast: Special K red berries and 1/4 cup of All Brain buds, with 2% milk
Lunch: Soup and sandwich, with a glass of Big8 cola
Supper: Chinese food (rice, macaroni, soo guy), with a glass of Big8 cola
I also drank an XL cappuccino with cream, a sugar free RockStar energy drink, and 8oz of orange juice. I'm snacking on some candy my Huney bought me, but instead of eating the whole bag, like I'd normally do, I split it in half, and will save the rest for another candy craving day.
So now, I'm working on finishing my 2.5L of water, since I have 1.5L already. I'm gonna go sleepy soon. And I hope I find the courage to do it all over again tomorrow!
