*sigh*

So far this week, I've been doing rather well. I stuck to my diet, made efforts not to stray away and eat junk. I also drank 2 cups of green tea every day, with 3 L of water. I weighed myself this morning, just out of curiosity, and I was down to 222.4, which makes a loss of 2.8lbs in 4 days! I know weight can fluctuate, so I'll see for sure what to expect on Monday.

As far as they job Olympics are going, my team beat the other team by 3.3%!! Our biggest loser in our team lost 4.3% of her weight. That's amazing work! Since I've been working hard this week, I hope I'll be amongst the most achievers in my team. Last week, I was in the bottom two. Not a good feeling. I felt like I had left my team down. But this week, I'll bring it on!

I haven't started on my exercise ball yet. It still needs to be inflated a little bit. Since I had a fight with my Dad 2 days ago, I really don't feel like asking him anything. So until I figure out how the electric pump works (we don't have a manual one), I'll have to wait a little. I guess it's better that way. My body is adjusting to exercising each day. So I hope next week I can incorporate the ball in the days I won't be doing the C25K.

Oh! Another exciting event! The Health and Wellness committee at work organized a fun competition with prizes: Walk Across Canada. They calculated the km and the steps it takes to go from St.John's NF, to Victoria BC. Those who participate (54 participants in total) received a free pedometer, with a map. Each day, you count your steps. At the end of the month, we give our result, and they tally it up. They will then tell us where we're at in Canada! :D So I received my pedometer today, and the competition starts on Monday. There is not deadline. I'm assuming it'll be all summer, or it'll end when someone reaches BC. I wonder how many steps I'll make each day. I know I walk 4 km a day, so I wonder how many steps that is. I just hope I won't forget to put my pedometer on my pants every morning, or not forget to remove it from my track suit to my regular pants.

I guess that it's for now. I'm swamped.. I just wish my Hun would call sooner, so I can go to bed in a few. I don't like waking up in the morning. But it's much easier to get up and go if I have 8hrs of sleep. Ah! Life!

Cheers! ;)
