my job sucks

so Lj what should I do?
Pros of Job
+Security
+Earning money/Stable income
+Staff discount
+Doing something
Cons
-I'm really sick of the place
-Spend a lot of time getting to and from work
-Less time to apply for work I actually want to do
-They have changed my roster again without asking me (I will now work most Saturdays and their rotating roster to make things 'fair' means that whilst everyone else working here will get a 4 day week for 2 weeks during easter I will have a five day week both weeks)
-Pay is shit (Just over $17 an hour)
-Pysically exhausted by the time I get home from work
-Very hard to plan a wedding when the one day I get off with Tony very few shops are open (Sun)
