chocolate
I received the best complement today... one of my best friend's (Simone) birthday is today in Italy and tomorrow here.. nevermind.. anyway.. I went to see him today, left him his present even thought i missed him and left cause my sister and brother in law were visiting, i almost never see her so it's a huge deal for me when i do.. i took the train, missed my stop because i was reading.. and i missed her too.. she had to leave. terrible but what could i do.. i tried.
Well.. I called my friend to apologize for not waiting for him... bare in mind that sometimes Family comes first no matter how much you love your friends. The first thing he said was "THANK YOU.. YOU MADE MY DAY.. THAT WAS THE BEST PRESENT I COULD GET..".. i wasn't sure if he was referring to the card, the chain or the chocolate.. well it was the CHOCOLATE.. after practice, took a shower, went to do some work in the computer lab and headed home.. he was hungry by then... he thought i was waiting for him already but he didn't see me. I left the card at his door.. forgot to sign it, silly me. Well he opened the card , saw the chocolate and ate it. in his words.. it was the best chocolate he has had just because he was so tired and hungry that eating that chocolate gave him a really good feeling inside.
So there you go girls.. for anyone who doesn't understand guys.. they do crave the stuff we do... i felt so happy
