Another really well done take on the whole ~Evan or Johnny wakes up in a parallel universe~ trope. This time it's Johnny, which makes for a very delicious, bitchy read, and although the fic kind of rambles on too much (the author could cut some of the sex scenes), it's still v. v. yummy ♥
Snip: And then she turns and heads back towards the terminal, the click-click-click of her heels on asphalt retreating into the distance. Tara has betrayed him, Johnny has been forsaken, he is exhausted and confused and betrayed (and horny) and alone, friendless, bereft in the evil clutches of Evan Lysacek.
Who is fiddling with set of keys he's pulled out of his ridiculous hipsterific jacket, and sticking one of them in the driver's seat to Johnny's car, and oh hell no.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing?"
Evan/Johnny: Any Lawful Impediment by Anonymous.
Johnny and Evan accidentally get married and then just decide to go along with it to avoid a backlash in the media :'D The fic is seven kinds of awesomely hilarious crack (Stéphane is ace in this!) mixed together with sweet, sweet love and a clueless Johnny ♥ Definitely worth a read or thousand!
Snip: Johnny rolls his eyes so hard that they actually hurt. "Yeah, I'm sure the paparazzi are out trolling public records in the hopes of finding accidental gay elopements. No one will find out." He notices, however, that Evan's cheeks are getting more red than orange, which is never a good sign. "What. WHAT."
Evan shrugs. "Um. I think I may have Tweeted about it."
"What the FUCK," Johnny hisses, pulling out his phone and checking online. There it is, next to the stupid picture of stupid Evan, the little status update that reads "Hey everyone! Just got married to a swan! lol! He just wants me for my medal lol! :)"
Evan/Johnny: A Pure Flash of Lightning by Anonymous.
This is a prequel of sorts to Chasing the Sun, and it's incredibly well-written IC fun \o/ Definitely up there with Be One Traveler as one of my favorite fics ever in this fandom. If Chasing the Sun is the story of how Johnny and Evan reunite their family, this is the wild, fun story of how they got together in the first place. I loooove the subtle flirting and how Johnny's still his obnoxious self ♥
Snip: He went on Twitter, kind of dreading it, and, irritated with himself for even considering doing so, he went to Evan’s page. The first tweet read, ‘Good day today with @JohnnyGWeir! A beautiful friendship ;)’. Johnny stared at it for a moment. What the hell did that little winky face mean? Did it imply sex? He hated Evan and his liberal use of emoticons.
He updated his own: ‘I have a stalker, goes by the name @EvanLysacek. Send help and cupcakes’.
Three minutes after that he got a text from Evan, saying ‘HA HA VERY FUNNY!! DO U RLY WANT CUPCAKES I’LL SEND SOME?? XXE’.
Evan/Johnny: Be One Traveler by passe_simple
If you only ever read one figure skating RPS fic, make it this one. There are seriously no words at all for the utter perfection of this fic. None! Basically Evan wakes up in a parallel universe where he and Johnny were never rivals, and everything just... oh, works so wonderfully ♥ A very satisfying, long read.
Snip: "Is this about yesterday?" Tanith asked. "Because I'm still not giving you Johnny's number."
Evan made a weird face involuntarily. "Shit. I called you yesterday?"
Tanith sighed a little. "Fine, pretend you don't remember. You wanted to know all about Johnny. His number, his address, if he's single. You asked me if I thought he was truly happy, Evan. It was a mess."
Evan/Johnny: Chasing the Sun by Anonymous.
Kidfic! This one basically takes the plot of Parent Trap and inserts an estranged Evan and Johnny with a pair of twin girls adopted from Russia. It's still a WIP, but I'm very much enjoying what has been posted so far. I love how it all feels so real; there's a real break-up here, no big ~misunderstandings~, and I can't wait for Johnny and Evan to get back together.
Snip: Evan was happy for him. He wanted Johnny to move on. It just would have been nice if he’d moved on with someone who didn’t bear a striking resemblance to Leonardo DiCaprio in his heyday. Not that Evan was jealous or anything. Jealousy was a poisonous emotion that stopped you from giving 100 percent and achieving your all. It was just that if Evan ever came into contact with this guy he was pretty sure it'd result in an unpleasant fist/face situation.
Evan/Johnny: Overexposure by Anonymous.
Hee, I like this one quite a bit >D Evan and Johnny's sextape leaks and then they have to deal with the consequences. The story hasn't quite taken off properly yet, but I'm totally looking forward to where the author's going with this story.
Snip: Johnny walked through the airport with his largest and most impressive sunglasses taking up most of his face and a fur stole wrapped around his throat and covering the edge of his chin, so that all that was really on display was the tip of his nose and his firm, set mouth. He thought it made a good impression. It meant business. It telegraphed fuck off and leave me alone, and if you shove a camera at me I'll snap it off, so it was lucky that there were no photographers yet. And kind of disappointing, because he had excellent hair.
Evan/Johnny: Pulling Pigtails & do you like me y/y/mfy & Be Good Johnny Weir: The Wedding Special by alex_boylove
The first fic in this lolarious saga of gay chicken and pranking was only so-so, as was the last one, but the second installment had me in tears with laughter :'D This whole fic series is basically just incredibly hilarious crack, but underneath it all they really do wuv each other ♥ The multimedia aspects of the series are also incredibly well done and add a certain je ne sais quoi to the whole thing :'DD
Snip: "It's got teeth!" Johnny exclaims delightedly. "Evan, if I knew you were this fun, I would have started flirting with you ages ago."
"Sorry?" Evan offers and Johnny giggles.
"I like this trend," Johnny says. "At this rate, we'll be getting married in a nationally televised event just to fuck with each other."
"Uh," Evan says, now actually a little confused. "What?"
Evan/Johnny: the stars and sea by formerlydf
There's something I really like about a complicated, love-hate relationship that isn't quite what it seems. Although the structure doesn't quite work, the whole thing Johnny and Evan have between them in this fic is so delicious that I can't even ;3;
Snip: Evan used to watch Johnny's interviews just to see if Johnny ever mentioned him. When Johnny sneers at Evan or makes catty comments to reporters, it means he's thinking about Evan. When Evan doesn't just dismiss the rivalry after winning gold, it means something, because he couldn't let go of Johnny if he tried. Here's the funniest thing about hate: it's surprisingly easy for it to turn into something else.
Evan/Johnny: Too Far Around the Bend by audiologic
This is another one of my absolute favorites for this fandom. Evan and Johnny skate pairs instead of solo, and there's this positively delicious tension between them because Johnny just doesn't get that a) he's totally in love with Evan and b) Evan's crazy about him. The bitching is so sweetly domestic too that I love ittt ;3;
Snip: "I'm ready when you're ready, Weir," he says, his regular cue for Johnny, and Johnny beams victoriously and goes to tuck himself around Evan's body. His arm fits just under Evan's shoulder blade in their starting stance, the fingertips of his right hand spread and pressing into the cheap, damp material of Evan's shirt. In the five seconds, silent and suspended between them, it takes for the music to start up, Evan's familiar panting settles Johnny's bones. They skate their best run of the night despite Priscilla screaming "eye contact!" at them.

Just two fic recs, because these are basically the fics in the Puckurt fandom. There are others worth a read (for example breea1's shapeshifter story), but these two just really... clicked perfectly.
Puck/Kurt: Sue Sylvester: Matchmaker by fakeplasticsnow
This one... isn't as good as her earlier Puck/Kurt fic, but it's still hilarious and really well written. You can pretty much guess what the story's about just from the title alone :'D Totally worth a read ♥
Snip: Since objections earn him nothing but that cold, murderous glare, Kurt obediently drops to the floor instead. By push-up/"I am a champion!" #10 his cheeks are burning up; by push-up/"I am a champion!" #23, the only thing that keeps him from bursting into tears is his sudden hallucination of Cher enthusiastically belting "Pants on the Ground."
Sue walks over to the stereo and plugs her iPod in. "Poor Unfortunate Souls" is the first thing that plays, and it's really quite fitting.
Only Sue Sylvester can make Kurt feel like a little mermaid.

If you only read one Puck/Kurt fic in your life, make sure it's this one. Seriously. There is nothing else as perfect on this Earth as this fic. Basically it's the story of how Puck and Kurt got together, but it's also so much more ♥ I definitely recommend this one!
Snip: "Do you...need a ride home?"
"Seriously?" Puck stops in the middle of buttoning up Kurt's cardigan.
Kurt glances down to where Puck's fingers are, and wonders if he should be alarmed that they've reached the point where Puck is helping dress Kurt up, even if this all takes place in the cramped backseat after half an hour of fooling around. Though if Kurt were being really honest with himself, he finds it kind of sweet, in some weird inexplicable way.
Ugh, bed now.
