Okay, so I don't usually do this, but this is an issue near and dear to me and this is getting very little no attention in the mainstream media

In MS, but I know that AL and IN are also trying women too. The woman in MS is charged with "depraved heart-murder" and I did not know that there was an Advocate for Pregnant Woman, so I don't know if she (or they) have.

My Google didn't recognise this with the hyphen between the "heart" and the "murder", so I'm re-posting this from Wiki for anyone else not familiar with US law

Ah, ok - I was quoting the article tired so I don't know if the reporter or I messed up the hyphen.
I want to say there aren't any "extradition" laws because that is how people have been getting out of paying excessive traffic violations (especially DUIs) because there really isn't any accounting between the states law-wise. I want to say if you moved, than you just moved.
However there are certain cases where states make sure to check because they are of importance and they are allowed to do so - there isn't any thing impeding them - it's just not terribly popular or done very well.

I was clarifying a term I'd found difficult - not trying to get at someone who posts when tired. I do it too often myself.
I have to say, however, that I found the term "heart-murder" one with real resonance. I'm just a little sad that it turns out to be a misplaced hyphen.

That's fine! Hey, I think it sounds poetic enough that I'm sure an enterprising crime novelist could have a bestseller with the hyphen in the other place.
*sigh* I just wish all this wasn't happening. I live in MS and I have PCOS, so now I get to wonder if my hormone therapy is going be illegal.
Overthrow this crap. It has to be unconstitutional.
