Stuff about Doctor Who
I gotta admit, while I overall liked the Doctor Who finale, this vid sums up where I am right now with it. The plot...ain't working for me.
SPOILERS FOR ALL OF SEASON 6!
So, like, the Doctor and River Song got married, which is awesome. But, they got married in an alternate timeline which doesn't exist anymore, as River told Amy when Amy was angsting about killing the eyepatch lady. So...does that count? Is it like a Las Vegas marriage? Will this minor plot point matter at all? I doubt it, but hey.
Also, I get a little weirded out by the kiss when you consider that it was River kissing a robot controlled by the Doctor. Slightly less romantic.
Ah well.
Anyone got any Doctor/River fanfic recs? Or Amy/Rory?
Hey all, I'm not really in DW fandom nor do I want to be, and I'd rather not get into any debates about the show. Though I'm thinking the plot's gone to shit, I still come from a place of love for Eleven, River, Amy, and Rory. THERE WILL BE NO HATING ON MY PEEPS HERE!
