Lazy Sunday
Ah, no links this week, folks. I go back to school tomorrow, and I'm using the day to prepare and reacquaint myself with my courses (after having ignored them all week).
Just a quick fic-related note, though:
- I am working on a Robin/Spike slash fic (cause...it must be done). I'm a fangirl of both characters, but having read some past discussions of the dynamics of the two characters in a racial context, I'd kinda like to have someone who's less a fan of Spike and more a fan of Robin to give it a read-through. Or maybe just someone with a better-informed view of the issues surrounding POCs. I want to make sure I do right by both characters.
Any ready volunteers from my flist?
If you are not aware of such issues, then I appreciate whatever help you may want to offer, but I'd really prefer to have a more informed person beta for me on this one. So please only volunteer if you are up on POC issues in fandom. Thanks!
