Music at Hogwarts!

To my friends who would like a music club, I owled Professor McGonagall about it. I hope you don't mind I'm asking her because it seems like everyone would certainly like such a club!

[private]We can compare class schedules even before I know, to make plans just in case. Only, if it's cold outside let's not meet in the courtyard for a long talk. It gets colder here than at Beauxbatons! I like it inside in autumn and winter most of the time.[/private]

Seems like unfortunately that is the only place besides in the halls and in combined classes that students of different houses can meet. Sad really. [private]Well, we can sit at the tables of other houses in the hall, can't we? Though that might be too noisy. Aren't classrooms still open after classes? That would be not too cold and plenty of space and it won't be noisy. Doesn't Hogwarts have anyplace with comfy chairs where students of any house can gather?[/private]

[private]Yes, students are known to grab an empty classroom when they are not being used, but not very often. We could though if it would be more comfortable for you. Hrmmm...You know that is a very good question about the comfy chairs where houses could gather. I rally dont have an answer. The only answer I can give you right now is not that I know of.[/private]

[private]Alright, either the classroom or the library. Either is fine for me and if we're not too noisy, Madame Pince doesn't really bother you.

But Hogwarts is so large, they should have a gathering place like this. We do at Beauxbatons. I wonder how they do it at Durmstrang.

Oh wait I just got an owl! Neville!! Professor McGonagal said yes to the music club!!!! She said if no piano is found she can transfigure one for us!!!!!![/private]

Well we can see if there are any open classrooms, but we can go to the library if there aren't any.

Hrmmm..thats so wierd Ive never thoguht about a common room for all houses. Strange, though, why haven't I?

When do you want this meeting to take place tongiht I am seeing Zed in the library maybe there. Unless you would like to do it just us?[/private]

Zed? Oh wait, that Zebastian boy from Durmstrang. Yes, he's made a few comments to us but I haven't really met him. So that's the one you referred to on the laptop. He must be alright then?

If he isn't, we don't have to meet with him around, but since you seem to like him I think it would be alright. It would save some time because I have a lot of homework tonight. If you don't mind the library, do you think he would mind if I just came over for a few minutes to figure out schedules?[/private]
