so today is the best day ever and it's only 10:45.
last night my brother and i stayed up really late and talked out all of our issues. it was one of those great conversations where all the tension is resolved.
this morning during breakfast mom drew and i laughed really hard about squirrel apartide (sp??) and chipmonks and it was like all the anger we've all been feeling just went away in the night.
then i walked out to mom's car to go to the bank before i leave today. on my way across the parking lot i was wondering what was on top of the car...then i realized it was flowers. pink and purple and white and red adn yellow and perfect. two little bouquets, one up by the antennae and one tucked by the side mirror. i smiled a big smile and looked across the street to Andy's house and very nearly ran over to thank him right then, but in stead i tried to find my phone, failed, and went to the bank and called him when i got him. i still haven't gotten an answer from his house or cell, but there was a message from 4 AM on my cell saying "baby, i really hope you have a great trip, and i really hope you call me tomorrow...today...and i hope you love your flowers...talk to you later"...this is me walking on air.
and now, in about an hour mom and i are picking up sam and heading to the station so sam and i can take the train on down to my dad's and there i will be picking up my jeep. Be home tuesday. Have a great easter, and a great break everyone :)
