New Laptop!
I'm sitting on Shaun's couch updating my lj w/ my awesome new laptop that Shaun bought for me. I accidentaly downloaded some crap spyware that pretty much hosed my desktop, so I said something about asking Cory to buy me a laptop and maybe he'd let me pay him back like $25 a month or something. On my next day off Shaun suggested we go to Best Buy to just look at some options and we found one I really like and he said, "Want to take it home today?" :) :) He's so wonderful.
Anyway, I'm sure people are tired of me talking about how wonderful Shaun is....but seriously, he is. BUT...on to other things. Shaun and I took our moms out to Saputos for Mother's Day and gave our moms gift cards to BJs Salon and Spa. My mom really enjoyed getting a full body massage when she went there with me one time, so I called my brothers and we got her a pretty good sized gift card so she can do a few things there if she wants. She really liked it, so that's good.
Things at Aero are going pretty good. I worked on alot of projects today and Courtney said that she loves working w/ me b/c she can just tell me what she wants done and it will get done and she doesn't have to check up on me. Lajewell told me the other day that she trusts me being on my own and knows that I'll ask for help if I need it. Even though those comments may seem small, it's such a change from hearing nothing but complaints at Target. I'm so glad to be out of that place and I haven't had any dizzy spells since I left there so I really think it was caused by all the stress I was under.
I'm going to Peoria this week for a couple days to visit w/ Melissa before she leaves for Michigan to do her residency for like...4 years. It'll be a long time before I see her again and she's going to be living farther away now so that's going to be really...weird. I think I'm going to miss her more then I realize. But...all in all things are good. I'm pretty blessed.
