So, occasionally, when I want a fluff-me-up for my mood, I'll go trolling You Tube for "Top-ten cinematic kiss" videos and that sort of thing. I find that I don't often completely agree with the choices others make (completely fine) and I wonder what would be on my list, if I was the type who was inclined to learn how to make videos and take the ( Read more... )

This has to be the most romantic kiss I've seen in a long, long time. I love the expression on his face. Gah. How do you capture that in writing?

Sorry, were you talking about my clip or the one you shared? It was the 'expression on his face' that threw me, because that's what I was talking about.

And then I was spending half the time watching your clip thinking, "London? Wait, where's Patrick Swayze...what North and South is this?"

This is fun...let's do more!

Wow - what a great clip! I never heard of this movie, but now I have to look for it. Thanks, Mary!

It's a BBC mini-series. Just four hours. I broke down and bought the DVD because I couldn't find it to rent around here. I still haven't watched it! (No time and we only have one TV and my men folk don't like costume dramas - go figure) Now that I've watched that clip again, I want to see the whole thing. Richard Armitage (spelling?) is just yummy and the man can act.

That's what a laptop that plays DVDs and headphones are for. You can watch while the boys watch something else.

That's what I did and I found that not only does Netflix have it, but they have it available for instant on-line viewing, so I don't even have to send a movie back to get started.
