She waited until the corridor fell silent before standing up again and started out of the cold classroom. Gabi didn't spare any time looking to see how the two Gryffindors were holding out. They had had their memories of the event wiped out, though Gabi held hers fully intact. And she was thankful for it.
Her mind was buzzing as Gabriella hurried down through the castle, not even watching to see if there were any teachers around. The first thing she intended to do was find her brother and tell him what had happened over the past few days. Gabi's feet carried her blindly and she soon found herself down in the dungeons. Once in the common room, she paused just long enough to see if Theo was there. Ignoring the voices that called out to her, she took the stairs to the boys' dorms two at a time, having not seen her brother downstairs.
Gabi hesitated at the fifth year dorm door before opening it slightly, knowing better than to walk in.
"Theo?" she called out, loud enough for him to hear if he was in.
