Kyra
Kyra has been such a handful lately. She doesn't listen to any familiar adults in the family and it has been very hard for Ashley and me. I started to read 'The Discipline Book' from the Dr. Sears series to get some guidance because I know my parents raised me differently than we want to raise our children. I have tried some redirection, but Kyra tends to be very focused and doesn't get redirected easily. Hopefully the further in I get, the more help I can garner.
Some if the main things we are trying to work with her on is not hitting, holding our hand going into the parking lot/street, and getting her to stop doing something she is not supposed to do. The parking lot/street thing seems to be going well, everything else, not so much.
We love her, but not always the things she does.
