Day 8: Forever...and ever...and ever.

Nothing's as cold as a Stanley Kubrick film. It just manages to exude a cool, even chilly air about it, and The shining always makes me think of that every time I watch it. When Danny's riding down the halls, when Jack is sitting at the bar, when Wendy is running around half scared out of her mind, every second of it makes my mind visualize cold air moving along the carpeted floors, pooling in corners of the rooms, especially Room 237 ;)
