A nice day for a white wedding.

I woke up this morning at 10:30 or so on Josh's recliner, got up, and drove home to Pontiac. I received a phone call last night from Becca and agreed to go to her sister's wedding reception at 4:30 this afternoon. I was pretty excited to see her, but I didn’t have any “wedding clothes” with me, so I had to drive home, work for about an hour, get cleaned up and drive back to Bloomington. I was pretty rushed, but I made it there just in time for the introductions and everything. I didn’t really know many people there, except for Becca and her friend Marissa, but it was still a pretty fun night. I wish I would have brought a camera with me and taken some pictures, because Becca looked absolutely stunning. She is naturally a gorgeous girl, but tonight she was hot to trot. The reception was very nice, well decorated, and had some good tunes. I felt bad because I didn’t dance much, but I got down and funky near the end… the very end. That’s probably a good thing, because if I would have gone out on the floor and danced while it was crowded, I probably would have taken out a few old people. A wedding is supposed to be a happy occasion and the last thing anyone needs at a wedding is an ambulance.

After the wedding, I was giving Becca a ride home and missed her street. She told me that she didn’t want to go home right away anyways, so we drove around for about 15 minutes or so because we both wanted to spend a little time together. Nothing too exciting happened after that so I took her home, gave her a kiss or two goodnight and then headed back to Pontiac and that brings us up to date.

Its time to brush my teeth, put on my sleepy pants and hit the hay.
